Important: Publishing this update will change all current customers’ rewards to the new program settings.
Important: Stopping the program temporarily makes it inactive. Complete the update and republish the program promptly.
1. Open Settings
Log in to your OneShop account. From the left-hand menu, select Settings.
2. Select Loyalty Programs
Under Settings, select Loyalty Programs.

3. Open the Current Program
Select your current published loyalty program.
4. Stop the Program
Click Stop to make the program editable.
5. Update the Reward Percentage
Find the percentage under Rewards and change it from 6 to 5.
Confirm that the program displays 5% in rewards.
6. Publish the Program
Click Publish to reactivate the loyalty program.
7. Confirm the Update
Verify that:
The program’s status is Active.
The reward is set to 5%.
