How to Mark a Customer as "Do Not Contact"

Learn how to mark a customer as Do Not Contact in OneShop. This article walks through locating a customer profile, updating subscription preferences, and preventing future marketing communications from being sent to that customer.

Step 1: Open Customer Search

Click the Search icon in the top-right corner of OneShop.


Step 2: Find the Customer


Step 3: Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner of OneShop.

Step 4: Edit Subscription Information

Scroll down to the Subscription Info section and click Edit.


Step 5: Enable Do Not Contact

Select Do Not Contact and click Save.


Step 6: Done!

The customer is now marked as Do Not Contact and will no longer receive marketing communications from your account.
