Go to Marketing > Create Basic Broadcast
Scroll to the Bonus section
Choose:
Dollar Amount â e.g., $5 off (auto-applied in Heartland)
Custom â e.g., âBuy one, get one free minifigâ (manually applied)
Set:
Customer-facing label (e.g., â$5 Birthday Bonusâ)
Start and End Dates

Same bonus setup as Basic Broadcasts
Found within the broadcast editor

Navigate to Automations > Click an Automation
Inside each message, choose to add/edit a bonus
Instead of fixed dates, you define:

If a bonus is accidentally added:
Click âRemoveâ to undo it before closing the sale
