How to View and Manage Clients in OneShop

Quickly access, filter, and export your client list in OneShop to better manage customer outreach and segmentation.

1. Navigate to Your Client List

  • Log in to your OneShop account.

  • From the left-hand menu, go to CRM → Clients.


2. Open the Client Filter

  • Once on the Clients page:

    • Click “Search Clients” on the right-hand side.

    • This opens up the client filter panel.


3. Filter Your Client List

  • Use the filter panel to set parameters like:

    • Purchase history

    • Loyalty status

    • Contact details

    • Custom tags

  • After setting your criteria, click “Confirm” to apply the filters.


4. View and Use the Filtered List

  • The filtered list of clients will appear.

  • From here, you can:

    • Assign clients to team members (if using OneShop’s clienteling tools).

    • Export the list via email, which includes:

      • Loyalty points (if enabled)

      • Email addresses

      • Phone numbers

      • Purchase and message history


5. Edit or Tag Clients

  • If you need to segment clients further:

    • Export the list

    • Tag them in a spreadsheet

    • Re-import them into OneShop using those tags for future filtering


6. View Individual Client Profiles

  • Click on any client’s name to open their profile.

  • Inside the profile, you can view:

    • Purchase history

    • Loyalty activity (points earned or redeemed)

    • Messages sent

    • Contact information
