1. Navigate to the Templates Page
Log into your OneShop account.
Go to the Templates section from the main navigation.
2. Create a New Template
Click “Create Template.”
Fill in the following fields:
Title: Give your template a clear, recognizable name (e.g., In-Store Event Invite).
Description: Briefly describe its use case (e.g., “Use this for weekend promotions.”).
Store Access: Choose whether this template is for:
All stores in your network, or
Specific store(s) (select which ones).
Applies To:
Broadcasts
One-to-One Communication
Both
Click OK to proceed.
3. Design the Template Content
Text Message:
Enter the message you want to send, just like in a typical broadcast or 1:1 message.Email:
Use the OneShop email designer to lay out your email — including images, formatting, and merge fields.Handwritten Letter:
(Only appears if template is set for 1:1 communication.)
4. Save and Use Your Template
Once your message content is designed:
Click Save to store your template.
It is now available for use when:
Creating a new broadcast
Sending a 1:1 message
Need to reuse a common campaign structure
Simply select the template while composing your message to pre-fill the content.
5. Cloning a Template (Optional)
If you'd rather not start from scratch, you can clone an existing template.
Cloning copies the filters, message design, and settings — perfect for modifying a similar campaign.
