How to Send or Schedule a Broadcast in OneShop

Choose to send your broadcast immediately or schedule it for later—this guide walks you through both options in OneShop.

1. Choose Your Sending Method

After creating and testing your broadcast, you have two options to send it:

  • Send Immediately

  • Schedule for a Future Date/Time


2. Sending Immediately

  • Click the Send button.

  • The broadcast will begin sending within about a minute.

  • Text messages may take up to an hour or two depending on your list size.

  • Emails usually send faster but could still take several minutes to a couple of hours to fully deliver.


3. Scheduling Your Broadcast

Planning ahead? Here's how to schedule:

  • Click the Schedule button.

  • Pick your desired date and time (e.g., Saturday at 9:26 AM).

  • Click Confirm — this sets the desired send time but does not finalize the schedule yet.


4. Finalize the Schedule

  • Click Schedule Broadcast to lock in your timing.

  • A confirmation will appear asking if you're sure.

  • If you’ve added any attachments, you can create a shared asset for reuse.

  • Click Schedule again to finish.

Once confirmed, OneShop will:

  • Display a “Queued to be sent” message.

  • Show new options like “Delete Broadcast” and “Revert to Draft”, confirming it's officially scheduled.


5. Unschedule if Needed

Changed your mind?

  • Click Revert to Draft to cancel the scheduled send.

  • This returns the broadcast to draft mode, where you can continue editing or delete it.


6. Post-Send Review

  • After the broadcast is sent, revisit the campaign to:

    • Confirm it was delivered.

    • Review analytics (open rates, click-throughs, redemptions, etc.).
