1. Go to Account Settings
In your OneShop admin dashboard, navigate to Settings → Account.
2. Start the MailChimp Integration
Click “Add Connection.”
Choose MailChimp from the list of platforms.
3. Authorize Your MailChimp Account
You’ll be redirected to a MailChimp login screen.
Log in with your MailChimp admin credentials.
Click “Allow” to grant OneShop permission to sync data.
4. What Gets Imported
Subscribed contacts: All active subscribers in your MailChimp lists.
Unsubscribed contacts: These will stay unsubscribed in OneShop to prevent re-sending.
SMS opt-ins: If your MailChimp list includes customers who opted in for texts, those permissions will carry over to OneShop.
5. Wait for the Sync to Complete
The sync typically completes within 1–2 hours.
Once finished, your MailChimp data is now fully integrated into OneShop, and you’re ready to start sending campaigns.
