How to Upload Your Logo in OneShop

Add your store’s logo to OneShop for consistent branding across emails, sign-up links, and more.

1. Navigate to the Account Settings

  • In your OneShop dashboard, go to Settings.

  • Click on the “Account” page from the dropdown menu.


2. Scroll to the Logo Upload Section

  • Scroll down the page until you find the “Logo Upload” area.

  • Click the “Upload Logo” button.


3. Choose or Drag in Your Logo File

  • Either:

    • Click to browse and select your logo file, or

    • Drag and drop your logo directly from your desktop.


4. Submit the Upload

  • After selecting your logo, click “Submit.”

  • You’ll be redirected back to the OneShop app.


5. Refresh to Confirm the Logo Appears

  • If the logo doesn’t show up immediately, refresh the page.

  • Once refreshed, your logo should appear in the preview area.


6. Where Your Logo Will Be Used

  • Your uploaded logo will now appear:

    • On customer-facing sign-up pages

    • In the header of OneShop emails

    • Anywhere your branding is displayed across the platform
