1. Navigate to the Account Settings
In your OneShop dashboard, go to Settings.
Click on the “Account” page from the dropdown menu.
2. Scroll to the Logo Upload Section
Scroll down the page until you find the “Logo Upload” area.
Click the “Upload Logo” button.
3. Choose or Drag in Your Logo File
Either:
Click to browse and select your logo file, or
Drag and drop your logo directly from your desktop.
4. Submit the Upload
After selecting your logo, click “Submit.”
You’ll be redirected back to the OneShop app.
5. Refresh to Confirm the Logo Appears
If the logo doesn’t show up immediately, refresh the page.
Once refreshed, your logo should appear in the preview area.
6. Where Your Logo Will Be Used
Your uploaded logo will now appear:
On customer-facing sign-up pages
In the header of OneShop emails
Anywhere your branding is displayed across the platform
