Turning Your Loyalty Program on in Shopify eCommerce

This guide will walk you through the steps to turn on and customize the loyalty program widget for your Shopify website.

Step 1: Log in to Your OneShop Admin Dashboard

  • Begin by logging into your OneShop admin dashboard using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Online Store Section

  • Once logged in, head to the Online Store section from the dashboard's main menu.

Step 3: Enter Design Customization

  • From the Online Store section, locate and click on the Customize option. This will open the design editor for your Shopify website where you manage the appearance of your store.

Step 4: Access App Embeds

  • On the left-hand side of the customization page, you'll notice an icon labeled App Embeds.

  • This is where the loyalty widget is located. Click on App Embeds to access the list of available embeds for your store.

Step 5: Enable the Loyalty Widget

  • Inside the App Embeds section, find the Loyalty Widget option.

  • To activate the widget on your site, toggle it on. Once it’s toggled on, you’ll be able to see the widget on the bottom right corner of your website.

Step 6: Save Changes

  • After toggling the loyalty widget on, make sure to hit the Save button to apply the changes and make the widget live on your Shopify site.

Step 7: Customize the Widget's Appearance

Before saving, you have the option to customize the appearance of the widget. You can:

  • Change the Background Color: Adjust the widget’s background to match your brand’s colors. The current site colors will be displayed to make selection easier.

    • Select the color from the color picker that aligns with your site’s branding.

  • Change the Font and Style: You can modify the font type, style, and whether the widget button is rounded or square to match your website design.

Step 8: Select Widget Modes

The widget offers three different modes to choose from:

  • Loyalty Only: Displays only the loyalty program interface.

  • Chat Only: Allows customers to sign up for text messaging and chat with your store for assistance.

  • Loyalty & Chat: Enables both the loyalty program and the chat feature simultaneously.

Step 9: Finalize and Save Your Settings

Once you're happy with the customizations, click Save again to ensure all changes are applied. The loyalty widget should now be live and functioning on your website.
