Step 1: Access the Client List

  1. Go to the Clients Tab: On the main navigation bar at the bottom of your OneShop dashboard, locate the "Clients" tab, directly to the right of "Home." Click to open your client list.

  2. View All Clients: By default, this page shows either all clients in your store (if clients are shared across users) or only the clients assigned to your account (for users on an assigned client-telling package).

    • Shared Clients: All clients associated with the store are visible.

    • Assigned Clients: Only clients assigned to you personally are displayed.

Step 2: Sorting the Client List

  1. Default Sorting: Initially, the client list is arranged from top spenders to bottom spenders, with each client’s total spend shown alongside their name.

  2. Customize Sorting Options:

    • Locate the "Sort" button next to the client count at the top of the page.

    • Sort by criteria like:

      • Spending: High to low or low to high.

      • Client Names: First or last name.

      • Shopping Activity: Date of last purchase.

      • Engagement: Last contacted date or the date of the last profile update.

  3. Click to Sort: Simply select your preferred option to reorder the client list instantly.

Step 3: Viewing Client Profiles

  1. Select a Client: Click on any client row to open their detailed profile.

  2. Client Profile Features: Inside the profile, you can:

    • Add notes or tasks specific to the client.

    • Send direct messages.

    • Review purchase history and details.

  3. Follow-up Lists: See any follow-up lists created by store management, such as reminders for specific products or follow-up actions, personalized to your clients.

Step 4: Filtering Clients by Type

  1. Access Shortcuts for Client Types: At the top of the client list, shortcuts allow you to filter by client categories:

    • All Clients: The full client list.

    • Marketing Opt-ins: Clients subscribed to receive marketing messages.

    • Outreach Clients: Clients needing email or outreach follow-up.

    • Leads: Potential clients with no recorded sales.

    • Verified Sales: Clients with at least one purchase.

  2. Select a Filter: Click any shortcut to instantly view clients under the chosen category.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and engage with clients based on OneShop's features, ensuring streamlined client communication and tracking for your business.
