1. Navigating to the Client’s Profile

  • Step 1: In your client management tool, locate the search bar at the top.

  • Step 2: Type in the client's name (e.g., "Anita") and select their profile.

2. Adding a Note

  • Purpose of a Note: Use notes to record specific details about the client that do not require follow-up (e.g., family details or preferences).

  • Step-by-Step:

    • Step 1: On the client's profile, click the plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner.

    • Step 2: Choose Add Note.

    • Step 3: Enter the information (e.g., "Daughters' names are Sarah and Jessica") and click Finish to save the note to the client’s profile.

3. Creating a Task for Follow-Up

  • Purpose of a Task: Tasks are actionable items that require future follow-up, such as setting reminders for calls or check-ins.

  • Step-by-Step:

    • Step 1: Click the plus (+) button again and select Add Task.

    • Step 2: Choose from options like scheduling an appointment, placing a special order, or following up on an alteration.

    • Step 3: Enter a title for the task (e.g., "Follow up in two weeks") and include relevant details in the description.

    • Step 4: Set a due date (e.g., "June 18th") and determine task visibility:

      • Private: Only you can see this task.

      • Public: The task is visible to all team members and admins.

    • Step 5: Click Finish to save the task to the client’s profile.

4. Managing Task Notifications

  • Notifications: You will receive alerts in the notification bell on the main page when a task’s due date approaches.

  • Accessing Tasks:

    • Go to your Tasks page to view all pending tasks, sorted by due date and visibility.

  • Completing a Task:

    • When the task is due, go to the client’s profile, locate the task, and mark it as Complete.
