1. Click on My Clients menu bar
This is where you access all of your clients in OneShop.
2. Click the Profile
3. Click the "Send Message" button
4. Click on message and type a message as if you were sending a Facebook or Instagram message. You can also hit the camera button on the lefthand side to take a photo to send or select from your camera roll by hitting the photo icon on the bottom right hand side.
