1. Navigate to the homepage and locate the magnifying glass icon, then click on it.
2. To initiate the search, enter the client's name.
3. Select the highlighted name of the client you are searching for.
4. Select the "Send Message" option.
5. Compose the message you intend to send to your client. Enter the message into the text box and then click on the "Send" button to transmit it.
