📋 Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Client Lists in OneShop

1. Navigate to Your Client List

If you are an associate:

  • Go to My Clients in the left-hand menu.

  • You will see the Client Filter panel at the top of the page.

This filter is the main tool used across the entire OneShop platform for building lists.

2. Search for Specific Customers

You can create lists by searching for individual customers.

Available search options include:

  • Customer Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

Example:
You can manually search and group a small list of clients (for example, five specific customers you want to contact).

3. Filter by Purchase Activity

You can also create lists based on shopping behavior.

Available filters include:

Purchase Date Range

  • Example: Customers who purchased between June 1 – June 30

Number of Sales

  • Example: Customers who shopped only once

  • Set:

    • Greater than 0

    • Less than 2

Sale in Last X Days

  • Example: Customers who purchased in the last 45 days

First Sale Date

  • Example: Customers whose first purchase occurred in January

These filters help identify:

  • New customers

  • One-time shoppers

  • Recently active customers

4. Filter by Products Purchased

For stores selling multiple brands or categories, you can segment by product details.

Available filters include:

  • Brand

  • Color

  • Category

  • Size

  • Style

  • Product Description

Important note:

Selecting multiple brands works as an OR filter.

Example:
Customers who bought Nike OR Adidas.

5. Combine Filters for Advanced Lists

When you combine filters together, OneShop treats them as AND conditions.

Example:

  • First Sale in January

  • Brand purchased Nike

Result:
Customers who bought Nike AND whose first purchase was in January.

6. Filter by Store Activity

You can also segment customers by store behavior.

Shopped At

  • Customers who have ever purchased at a location

Store Location

  • The store where the customer has spent the most money

  • This is considered their default store

7. Segment by Customer Value

You can filter customers based on their value to the business.

Examples:

  • Total Sales above a specific amount

  • Customers who haven’t shopped in 6 months

  • Customers who haven’t shopped in a year

This is useful for creating VIP lists or win-back campaigns.

8. Use Additional Client Filters

Additional segmentation tools include:

  • Tags (custom client groupings)

  • Last Contact Date

  • Customer Birthdays

  • Loyalty Program Status

  • Loyalty Points Balance

These filters allow you to create highly targeted outreach lists.

9. Generate Your Filtered List

After selecting your filters:

  1. Click Confirm

  2. OneShop will generate a list of clients that match your criteria

You can now:

  • Message these clients

  • Use them for broadcast campaigns

  • Build daily or weekly outreach lists

💡 Key Tip

The Client Filter appears across the entire OneShop platform, including:

  • My Clients
