1. Add a Customer and Item to the Ticket
Ensure a customer is added to the sale (via the customer-facing tablet or manually in Heartland).
Add at least one item to the ticket so a reward can be applied.
2. Check for Available Bonuses
Even without an active loyalty program, the Rewards section will still appear at the bottom of the screen.
Look for the displayed reward amount (e.g., “$5 in rewards” and “1 reward”).
This indicates a bonus reward is available.
3. Claim the Bonus Reward
Tap the Rewards button.
In OneShop, review the reward details (e.g., $5 off coupon).
4. Redeem the Bonus
Tap Redeem to apply the reward.
The discount will appear on the ticket (e.g., OneShop Reward - $5).
5. Complete the Sale
Tender the ticket as usual.
The transaction now reflects the applied bonus discount.
