How to Bulk Reassign Clients in OneShop

Easily reassign multiple clients to team members using OneShop’s Admin Clients page with flexible assignment options.

1. Navigate to the Admin Clients Page

  • Go to the Admin Clients section in your OneShop dashboard.

  • This is where you can manage all customer assignments.


2. Pull Your Client List

  • You can view your entire client list by hitting “Confirm”, or apply filters (e.g., “Sale After Last Week”) to narrow down the list.

  • Click “Confirm” after selecting your filter to load the client results.


3. Select Clients for Reassignment

  • Once your filtered client list appears, click “Assign All” to begin the reassignment process.


4. Choose the Team Member(s)

  • Select one or more team members from the dropdown list.

  • These will be the users to whom the clients will be reassigned.


5. Choose an Assignment Method

  • Round Robin: Distributes clients evenly among selected team members (e.g., A → B → C → A).

  • All: Assigns all selected clients to all selected team members.


6. Decide How to Handle Current Assignments

  • Replace: Removes existing assignees and assigns the selected users as the new sole assignees.

  • Add: Keeps current assignees and adds the selected users to the client’s assignment list.


7. Finalize and Apply

  • After selecting your team member(s), method, and assignment rule:

    • Click “Auto-Assign.”

    • Confirm the assignment to apply the changes.
