1. Two Ways to Check In a Customer
You have two options to check a customer into your Shopify POS system using OneShop:
Option A: Customer-Facing Tablet
Have the customer check in using their phone number on the tablet.
Once done, the customer is automatically added to the POS ticket.
Option B: Manual Check-In
If the tablet doesn’t connect properly:
Tap “Add Customer” in your POS.
Search for the customer and add them to the sale manually.
2. Verify Successful Check-In
You’ll know the customer is checked in when:
The OneShop tiles light up (Rewards & Text Club).
The customer appears in the upper right corner.
The button changes to “Remove Customer.”
3. Add Items to the Ticket
Before redeeming rewards, make sure to:
Add at least one item to the ticket.
4. Redeem Rewards and Complete the Sale
Tap the Rewards tile to apply available discounts.
Complete the checkout as usual with the applied rewards.
