1. What’s New in OneShop?
OneShop has transitioned from a fully manual setup to offering pre-designed content for your customer engagement.
You no longer need to build everything from scratch — emails, texts, loyalty messages, promotions, and more are now templated.
2. Accessing the Template Library
On your OneShop admin homepage, look for the “Discover Today” button.
Click “Discover Today” to launch the Template Library in a separate micro app.
3. Browsing Available Templates
Inside the Template Library, scroll through available email, SMS, and blended templates.
You can filter templates by:
Type (email, text, or both)
Client filters (targeted segments)
Tags (e.g., sign-up, sale, loyalty)
4. Previewing Templates
Click into any template to view:
Email design preview
Text message graphic preview
Client segmentation tags and filters
5. Using a Template
Click “Use This Template.”
The system will load the template into your OneShop app (this may take a few seconds).
Once ready, you’ll see a confirmation screen with a “Take Me There” button.
6. Managing Your Imported Templates
The template is now stored in your Campaigns section of OneShop.
You can now edit and customize the template directly from within the app.
