1. Navigate to the Clients Page
From your OneShop dashboard, tap on the “Clients” section.
This is where you manage all your customer and lead profiles.
2. Tap the Plus (+) Button
In the bottom-right corner, tap the plus (+) icon to begin adding a new client.
3. Choose “Add Client”
A list will appear—scroll to the bottom and select “Add Client.”
4. Fill Out Client Details
Enter as much client information as you have:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Address (optional)
5. Use Tags for Organization (Optional)
Add tags to group or filter clients by context or origin:
Example:
Lead
,Soccer Game
,Chamber of Commerce
, etc.
This helps in organizing outreach and tracking client sources.
6. Add the Client
Once all details are entered, tap “Add Client.”
The new client will now appear in your total clients list.
7. Filter by Leads (Optional)
Tap the “Leads” filter to view clients with zero sales (not yet converted).
To return to the full list, tap “All Clients.”
