Adding a New Client or Lead Manually as an Associate

Manually add new clients or leads to your OneShop profile in just a few easy steps.

1. Navigate to the Clients Page

  • From your OneShop dashboard, tap on the “Clients” section.

  • This is where you manage all your customer and lead profiles.


2. Tap the Plus (+) Button

  • In the bottom-right corner, tap the plus (+) icon to begin adding a new client.


3. Choose “Add Client”

  • A list will appear—scroll to the bottom and select “Add Client.”


4. Fill Out Client Details

  • Enter as much client information as you have:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Address (optional)


5. Use Tags for Organization (Optional)

  • Add tags to group or filter clients by context or origin:

    • Example: Lead, Soccer Game, Chamber of Commerce, etc.

  • This helps in organizing outreach and tracking client sources.


6. Add the Client

  • Once all details are entered, tap “Add Client.”

  • The new client will now appear in your total clients list.


7. Filter by Leads (Optional)

  • Tap the “Leads” filter to view clients with zero sales (not yet converted).

  • To return to the full list, tap “All Clients.”
