Setting Up the OneShop App on Shopify POS

Learn how to add and position OneShop's Rewards and SMS Club tiles in your Shopify POS interface.

1. Add the Required Tiles

  • Open your Shopify POS app.

  • Tap “Add Tile” to begin configuring your POS interface.


2. Select the OneShop Loyalty App

  • Within the tile selection menu, choose the “App” section.

  • Find and select “OneShop Loyalty”.


3. Add the Available OneShop Tiles

  • You’ll see two tile options under OneShop Loyalty:

    • OneShop Rewards – This is required and allows you to see customer points and redeem rewards directly within the POS.

    • OneShop SMS Club – This is optional, enabling text message opt-ins for your customers.

  • Tap to add one or both tiles to your POS screen.


4. Rearrange the Tiles (Optional)

  • Once added, the tiles will appear on the bottom of your POS screen.

  • You can hold and drag any tile to reposition it anywhere on the POS layout for easy access.


5. Use the Tiles During Transactions

  • When assisting a customer:

    • Add them to the ticket by searching for their name or having them check in via your OneShop tablet.

    • If the loyalty program is active, both the Rewards and SMS Club tiles will light up:

      • Rewards will show if the customer has any points or available rewards.

      • SMS Club will indicate if the customer has opted in for texts.
