Claiming Rewards in Shopify POS

Easily apply customer rewards in Shopify POS through OneShop in a few clear steps.​

1. Add the Customer to the Ticket

  • Tap “Add Customer” on the POS screen.​

  • Search and select the customer, or have them check in via your OneShop tablet to auto-add them to the ticket.​


2. Confirm Rewards Eligibility

  • Once added, look for:​

    • The “Rewards” tile (shows if the customer has points or rewards).​

    • The “Text Club” tile (indicates if they’ve opted into messaging).​

  • If rewards are available, the Rewards button will light up.​


3. Check the Customer’s Available Rewards

  • Tap the Rewards tile to view all available rewards.​

  • Example: A customer might have $30 in rewards.​


4. Redeem the Appropriate Reward


5. Complete the Sale

  • After redemption, the reward value is applied to the ticket.​

  • Close the reward window by hitting the X.​

  • Proceed with checkout — the discount will now be reflected in the total.
