1. Search for the Client
From the admin platform, use the search icon (magnifying glass) to locate the client by entering their name.
2. Access the Client Profile
Click on the client’s name in the search results to open their profile.
3. View Contact Information and Subscription Status
In the client profile, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Here, you can view:
Contact Information: Phone number and email.
Subscription Status: Shows whether the client is subscribed to receive text messages.
