1. Use the Search Icon
Locate the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the OneShop platform.
This is the quickest way to find client profiles.
2. Search by Last Name
Enter the last name of the client to pull up relevant profiles.
Tip: Searching by last name is often more precise for finding specific clients quickly.
3. Identify Client Ownership (Clienteling Platform Only)
In OneShop’s clienteling platform, clients assigned to you have a black dot next to their name.
If you have permission to view other clients, profiles without the black dot indicate they are assigned to other associates.
4. Alternative Search Through the Clients Tab (Admins Only)
Admins can also navigate to the Clients tab on the left menu.
Use the Search Clients button to find one or multiple client profiles by name.
