How to Navigate OneShop

This guide provides an overview of navigating OneShop, including different sections and access levels for admins and associates.

1. Access the Left-Hand Menu Bar

  • The primary navigation in OneShop is through the menu bar on the left side of the screen.

  • This menu is divided into sections based on function, such as core functions, marketing, social media, and analytics.


2. Homepage Overview

  • Shared Access: Both admins and associates can access the homepage but with different permissions.

  • Admins: Can view data at a store level, or at a company level if set at the "all group" top level.

  • Associates: Access is limited to clients specifically assigned to them.


3. Admin and Associate Views

  • Admin View:

    • Top Section: Contains core administrative functions.

    • Engage: For managing marketing communications, including one-to-many and automated messages.

    • Social: For setting up and managing social media integrations.

    • Loyalty: To configure the loyalty program.

    • Analytics: View analytics across the OneShop platform.

  • Associate View:

    • Associates with admin privileges can see both admin and associate sections.

    • My Section: Limits view to clients assigned to the associate.

    • Account Section: Restricted to assigned clients and includes features for personalized client management.


4. Check-In and Loyalty Pages

  • Paired Terminal Setup: Used for dual check-in with a tablet at the register, allowing clients to check in and sync to the cashier’s screen.

  • Other Check-In Pages: For gathering client information and checking loyalty program details.


5. Additional Navigation Tools

  • Use the menu bar to access essential areas like Client List and Shop With from either the main or bottom sections.


By understanding these navigation tools, admins and associates can efficiently access OneShop's full range of functionalities tailored to their roles.
